Finger Puppet Chick (click to view photos)

• Grade 2 learners made a nice Easter chick which became more appealing when two fingers were added to make it a puppet. They used its tummy to demonstrate a weaving technique(under and over). Learners added feathers to the chick to make it more lively and cute. They wish you Happy Easter.

Porcupine pen holder. (click to view photos)

• Grade 2 learners enjoyed the session by using clay to make a porcupine pen holder. Learners can use this porcupine to put their crayons inside . Learners roll the clay to make a pair shaped animal,which is the porcupine an then toothpicks are added to continue the shape. Learners spent an educational art sessions.
