Printing is Fun. The grade 3 learners have been experimenting with printing. The learners created their Mother’s Day cards by using their own fingers to print small yellow dots which they turned into springtime bees. They filled the center of the card with a bouquet of flowers by cutting and gluing shapes. Happy Mother's Day to all the moms that received these special cards.
Grade 3 learners made an art project using two dimensional art techniques. Learners drew a picture using elements about camping such as tents, campfires and nature. To create the glowing fires, they used a rubbing technique. They cut out the shapes of the fire flames and put them under the paper and by using the side of their crayons, they rubbed over the shapes and the dancing flames appeared. The learners also cut and folded their papers according to directions and the tents opened up!
