Mother's Day Collage (click to view photos)

• For their mother’s day project, the grades 5 have created a colorful collage picture. Using paper magazine, learners cut out the background by cutting wavy strips of paper, than they used different fabrics to create flowers. To outline the picture and make it more beautiful, frames have been added.

• The grade 5 learners drew and colored with the coloring pencils, trees representing different seasons with the leaves changing, blooming, turning crimson and falling off. They also used the repetition to show differences in perception of light across various times of day, seasons, and types of weather.
