What a Day!
“Another amazing event!”and “The experience was breathtaking and incredible to be part of!” are some of the reviews we heard from parents and learners who attended the 2013 Integrated Event, entitled Playing in Harmony.
Learners showed superb skills in each activity and truly made this day a day to remember. Everyone was part of all the energizing games. This event engaged learners, teachers, and parents in challenging competitions in order to learn in new, fun, and exciting ways. After all, a successful TEAM beats with one HEART.
On this day, our schools were transformed into a game zone. .. Everyone was united in celebrating English, French, Math, Science, Art, Computer, and Physical Education through many engaging activities. These activities were directly correlated with the theme of the year, Heartistic Metanoia. All of these games were planned to stimulate learners. Some of the fun games included Heartistic Bowling, Name it Ball, Heart Toss Game, Basketball Math, Colors in Harmony and many other exciting competitions that stimulated appreciation, commitment, and enthusiasm for learning!
This day has surely become a hallmark combining the powerful athleticism, high-energy competitions, and inspiring concepts. It has become an exhilarating blend of whimsy, education, and the unimaginable brought to life in our school campus.
Until we meet again, keep in mind that TEAM means Together Everyone Achieves More. Thus, let us all be together as one heart to achieve more and aim high year after year.
