Dear User,
Learners and Parents, Educators and Employees may have a username and password in order to login to the website and have access to special and personalized content.
For that purpose, users may register to the website by following the “New User Sign-up” link located on the upper right section of each school website near the title “login”.
Signing-up!
Once the user clicks on the “New User Sign-up…” link, a new page will be displayed asking the user to choose his or her user type from a list: Parent, learner, teacher or employee. The user chooses the link that best describes him/her.
After that, the system will ask few simple security questions in order to validate the user’s real identity.
For Learners and Parents:
The system will ask for the following information:
- Learner Number:
This is a unique ID number given by the school to each learner. It can be obtained by consulting the concerned Head of Division.
- Grade and Section:
These are the Grade and Section of the learner for the current scholastic year. They are available on the website of each school. The link is located on the left-hand menu under the “My school” section.
- Birth date:
This is the birth date of the learner in day/month /year format. It is the same birth date used upon registering at school.
- Email address:
The school will use this email address to communicate with users concerning data and announcements related to school.
- Desired Username:
Upon signing up, a simple and easy-to-remember username should be chosen (for example, the first letter of your First Name followed by your Last Name.) If the Username you chose is already being used by someone else, the system will notify you and you have to choose another username.
- Desired Password:
Please choose a password with a minimum of 6 characters in terms of length. Avoid passwords that are easy to guess and most importantly, try not to forget your password.
Once the system tells you that the registration was successful, you may start using the username and password you chose every time you want to login to the website.
